Quel week!

Jeepers what a week! Not much to report here. Monday was a nice day off and I felt refreshed. However, I felt I definitely did 5 days of work in 4 as lots happened! I was exhaust already by Friday morning but good thing I had Indian food ordered on Tuesday as well as the yummy bento box again from Motchiya 🙂

I had a good walk outdoors a few times during the week and also tried to do exercise. I also caught up with friends enjoyed walks and rides on the bike with them. We also had some good wine and Lebanese food too so nice to take it easy.

My fav part of the week was to just chill the Sat. morning. Just stop. No exercise. No catching up with others. No life admin. Just read and drink my tea for hours. It was so defiant. And liberating and self-liberating. It was self-love and self-respect to honour what I needed ❤

Woah quel semaine oh la la c’Ă©tait nul. MĂŞme si le lundi Ă©tait bien passĂ©, la reste de la semaine Ă©tait la follie avec bcp de chose Ă  fair. J’Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  Ă©puisĂ©e le vendredi matin mais grâce au les repas Indian et le repas japonais de Motchiya, j’ai survĂ©cu.

J’ai balladĂ© dehors quelques fois et aussi un peu d’exercises. J’ai rencontres quelques amies, dans les petites groupes et on a goĂ»tĂ© les repas de Chez Nous les Libanais 🙂 C’est bon!

Et finalement, le samedi matin Ă©tait trop bon. J’ai fait rien sauf que prends soins de moi: J’ai pas exerciser, j’ai pas faire les travaillĂ© pour la vie… j’ai juste lis et bu le thĂ©. C’Ă©tait parfait ❤
