Went to the food hall Soderhallarna and got some nice cheese from the cheesemonger there. It is a Swedish goat cheese made in the North. I was told it was mild. It was not. :p It was very intense and smelled very, very strong. It was a bit too intense to eat on it’s own but alright with some wine and pasta. While it was quite soft, it wasn’t very runny. Not for me as it was a very, very strong taste and smell. 4/10.
